These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for the use of WordPress plugins (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") and license keys (hereinafter referred to as "the License Key") provided by Takuya Horio (hereinafter referred to as "we") on this site. All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who purchase and use the Product or License agree to the content of these Terms and shall comply with the conditions of these Terms.

Definition of Users

"Users" refers to individuals or corporations who directly purchase the Product or License. If an individual purchases in their own name, that individual becomes the User. If an individual purchases the Product on behalf of a corporation, that corporation/organization becomes the User.

About Plugin Usage

  1. This product alone will not work. A WordPress installation environment is required in advance.
  2. Users can use this product on any genre of site.
  3. Users shall use this product in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not perform the following acts when using this product. In addition, if any of the following prohibited activities apply, we may prohibit the use of the license key and stop all support to the user. Furthermore, if an act that falls under the prohibited activities is performed, we will calculate the losses we have suffered on our own, and the user shall be obligated to pay compensation corresponding to that amount.

  1. Acts that violate these Terms
  2. Acts of disclosing the content of emails sent at the time of purchase of this product to third parties
  3. Acts of disclosing the license key to third parties other than the user
  4. Publishing all or part of this product in a form that can be redistributed or downloaded
  5. Reselling or lending all or part of this product to third parties
  6. Using or attempting to use third-party accounts
  7. Providing site creation and other services for third parties using this product
  8. Acts that interfere with our operations or are likely to do so
  9. Acts that infringe on our rights or those of third parties
  10. Other acts that we deem inappropriate

Regarding Unauthorized Use

Regarding this license key, only individuals or corporations who directly purchase from this site can use it. If a third party illegally obtains and uses a license key owned by another party (hereinafter, those who perform such acts are referred to as "unauthorized users"), we will calculate the losses we have suffered based on the usage amount and period, and the unauthorized user shall be obligated to pay compensation corresponding to that amount.

Disclaimer

  1. We will make maximum efforts to make this product useful to users, but we do not provide any warranty regarding suitability for users' specific purposes, expected functions, commercial value, accuracy, usefulness, or that no defects will occur. If defects are discovered, we will strive to correct this product as much as possible, but we do not promise all corrections.
  2. We shall not be responsible for any errors or damages caused by display differences, errors, or defects depending on software such as browsers necessary for the use of this product, or errors or damages caused by software version changes, regardless of the reason. Also, there may be cases where we cannot respond to specification changes due to WordPress core version upgrades.
  3. We do not provide any warranty that this product will not cause errors or other defects when used in combination with other WordPress extension plugins.
  4. We are not responsible for any disputes, defamation, transactions, etc. with third parties caused by information that users voluntarily disclose on the internet using this product.
  5. We do not provide any warranty for the results produced by the use of this product. Also, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of this product.

Regarding Cancellation and Returns

Due to the nature of this product as digital data, we cannot cancel, return, or refund after product delivery due to customer convenience. Please note that we also cannot handle duplicate purchases or wrong products. Also, cooling-off period does not apply as this is mail order sales.

Regarding Terms Violation

  1. If we determine that a user has violated these Terms, we will not provide any support to that user thereafter.
